RETURN POLICY
GREECE: Returns
Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Greece.
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order.
You may return the entire product purchased and not only part of the product (e.g. product accessories) without giving any explanation. You may also return one or more item(s) of your order.
Please note it is not possible to return personalized items. You can find more information in the Terms and Conditions
Before returning the product you should always contact us via e-mail or phone for details of the refund. It is also required to return the original order invoice.
To request your return, fill in the Return Form that you will find in your package.
After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our headquarters:
- Wrap & Pack (so to be safe during transport by means of your choice) the product you don’t want.
- Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.
- Call the courier to organize pick-up within 14 days.
The consumer is obliged to insure shipping for damage or loss until it reaches us. Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.
Note 1: We do not accept returns or direct exchanges from promotional offers/seasonal sales/final sale items.
INTERNATIONAL: Returns
The return of products for purchases outside Greece are made at the customer’s expense.

Shipping and packaging costs are covered by us only if a return is necessary due to our mistake or fault. In any other case the return shipping of products at our headquarters remains your responsibility and at your expense. The consumer is obliged to pay the cost of shipping of the product & to insure it for damage or loss until it reaches us. For orders outside Greece, all costs for returned products are made by the customer. The only case for FREE return to orders outside of Greece is when the product has been defective.

Note 2: For orders outside of Greece repayment and shipping costs (both delivery and return) and any fees associated with bank, PayPal or courier service payments are made by the customer.
Note 3: LESS SONDER FEELING does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The products must be in their same unused, unaltered and unwashed good original condition, with all tags still attached as when received and any special packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted. Returns are accepted and refunded only if the products are in the same good condition as when received, they are unsealed, their packaging and content is in its original condition, and the products have not been used.Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days from delivery of the order.
- The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 calendar days from delivery of the order.
- The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region
- The products were purchased online on https://lesssonderfeeling.com/
Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency. The refund will be in the original form of purchase e.g. the credit card with which the order was placed. If the order is paid by you by “cash on delivery”, then the refund will be made to a bank account in the name of the customer who placed the order.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures. The refund amount will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we will receive the products and the invoice. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund if:
- There is evidence that the product has been used.
- There is evidence that the product is damaged.
- The product was returned incomplete.
- There is no proof of purchase.
- The product is missing some accessory (e.g. belt, necklace, etc.) which is sold together.
- The product is Personalized item specially ordered for you.

LESS SONDER FEELING offers FREE direct exchanges for orders in Greece.
INTERNATIONAL: Direct Exchanges
LESS SONDER FEELING does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
LESS SONDER FEELING reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
When you place your order through the LESS SONDER FEELING e- shop (https://lesssonderfeeling.com/) you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed it. Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.
